Nice to see another known character in the shadowlands. There is no proof of any souls actually going yet. Not really, if i am not mistaken a 'lot' of souls go right into the Maw. We only got evil souls that even after being sent to Revendreth they were unwilling to repent for their sins that they were then sent to the Maw.

I guess he was sent to Revendreth to atone for all his sin, I don't believe we ever got an example or mention that the Arbiter yeeted someone directly into the Maw.
